Step 1:Register
You MUST register your child before your child’s first drop-in visit or prior to your child starting. You will only need to register one time and update paperwork EVERY YEAR.

Step 2: Enrollment
Once you have completed the Registration, you will get a notification to complete the Enrollment process. The Enrollment packet is updated yearly. Immunization records will need to be provided from your child’s doctor or local health department on the SCDHEC form. You can also click the link below to download the required paperwork.
