ABSOLUTELY! We are here to give you a break and provide a fun and interactive learning place for your children. Drop them off, enjoy some productive time away and return to happy, tired kiddos.

The first 2 snacks is free. You can purchase extra snacks or bring your own.

Our registration form will ask basic questions including your child’s likes and dislikes, any allergy or diet information along with your contact information.

In South Carolina, because we are a licensed child care facility, we are required to have your child’s official DHEC Immunization or Exemption form, along with a complete DSS 2900 and our Policies/Medical Authorization agreement signed. You can find all required forms on our site and complete them in the comfort of your own home. The DHEC Immunization form should be available at your pediatrician’s office or local health department.

When you come in for the first time, you will pay the registration fee.

We are a shoe-free facility, so your child must wear socks at all times. We have plenty of extras available to rent or buy.

For small children, be sure to also bring diapers, wipes, a sippy cup and a spare change of clothes. You are welcome to use one of our storage cubbies to stash shoes, jackets and other items.

For safety and health reasons, we do not allow any outside toys. Small children may bring a soft blanket or other small comfort items, but we ask that you leave all other possessions at home or in a storage cubby in our welcome area. Our play space is a time for new discovery, and we encourage children to try new activities.

When your child is checked in you have the option to place a lunch order. You also have the option to pack a healthy lunch for your child. We have a refrigerator and microwave.

YES! You have 30 days from your first visit to get us these records. We do accept Immunization Exemption.

We have an amazing, cheerful team of childcare providers who have education backgrounds, children of their own and years of experience in childcare. Each and every one of our staff members goes through our extensive training process on our safety procedures and classes along with extensive background checks and CPR/First Aid certification.

YES! We have 2 cameras that continuously records and store footage.

When you register, we’ll ask you to provide an emergency contact and the names of anyone you’d like to authorize for pickup. Your child will only be released to these individuals once they show photo ID and provide your correct family “code” word. For security, we ask that you notify us at drop off when a different person will be picking up your child. Any adult not in our system will be required to have prior approval in writing from a custodial parent or legal guardian.

Comfortable clothing that can get messy! They’ll be learning through sensory activities, arts and organized crafts that may involve anything from paints and glue to sand and even mud. While they’re sure to have fun, there’s no guarantee their clothes will remain soil-free so please plan accordingly.

Yes! Kids love parties and special events at Learn N Play! You can have our entire play space to yourself for a Sunday morning or afternoon.

Your child can stay for a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 4 hours

Yes! However, our center is an hourly drop-in childcare and we will provide a quiet place for them to rest but we do not have cribs or cots.
